2. Why do you charge a travel design fee and what does it cover?

A travel design fee covers our time spent researching, crafting bespoke itineraries, talking with suppliers, booking and servicing your trip, as well as preparing you for travel.

4. How do you plan trips for places you haven’t visited personally?
Our network of travel professionals are located across the world and keep us updated on what is happening locally. We are able to put you in touch with what is new and exciting around the world. This in combination with research helps in our design process for creating great itineraries time and time again.
5. What if I need to cancel my trip?
Trip insurance is highly recommended in the event you need to cancel or postpone your trip. Cancellation windows and cost vary by supplier. If you need guidance on trip insurance, please let us know.
6. Do you work with groups?
Absolutely! Group trips can be so much fun and we can relieve you of the headaches that come with planning one. There are a lot of logistics that go into planning a group trip and we would love to help. Please contact us for custom group pricing.
